Refund & Return Policy All sales of honey are final. Due to the nature of food products and for hygiene/safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has shipped.

Exceptions may apply only in these cases (reported within 7 days of delivery):

  • Item arrived damaged or broken (photos required; we may replace or refund at our discretion).
  • Wrong item or quantity shipped.
  • Order never arrived.
