Bee Haven Hill is committed to your satisfaction, but because we sell edible food products (pure honey in sealed jars), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after shipment due to:
- Food safety and hygiene concerns (we cannot verify if a jar has been opened, tampered with, or stored improperly).
- The inability to resell returned food items.
Limited Exceptions (must notify us within 7 days of delivery):
- Damaged or defective upon arrival — If the jar arrives broken/leaking (due to shipping), provide photos. We may issue a replacement (if in stock) or refund/credit at our sole discretion.
- Incorrect item or order error — We’ll correct it (reship correct product or refund difference).
- Non-delivery — If tracking shows non-delivery, we’ll refund or reship.
We pack carefully and use reliable carriers, but transit issues can occur. Claims for shipping damage must include proof. No refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
